What is included with a paid Teen+ subscription? Paid Teen+ members can create up to three personalized EQ Guides each day, giving them more room to explore emotions, EQ focuses, and Durable Skills. What is included with free Mentor access? Free Mentor members can create up to two personalized EQ Guides each month. What is included with a paid Mentor subscription? Paid Mentor members can create up to 15 personalized EQ Guides each month, supporting continued learning moments with individuals or groups. Why are there different limits for Teen+ and Mentor? Teen+ is designed for self-directed exploration throughout everyday life. Mentor is designed for creating Guides to support learners, families, groups, classrooms, programs, or workplaces. Are sample Guides included in my membership limit? Sample Guides created on public pages are part of the introductory experience. Your personalized membership limits begin within your Teen+ or Mentor account. Can I choose between Teen+ and Mentor? Yes. Choose the experience that fits how you plan to use Emotional Theater. Teen+ supports independent exploration for ages 13 and older. Mentor supports K-16+mentors guiding learning moments with others. Can I have both a Teen+ and Mentor account? Yes. If you want to experience Emotional Theater from both perspectives, you can create access for each experience (13+). What does a subscription unlock? A subscription increases the number of personalized Guides you can create and gives you more opportunities to explore emotions, emotional intelligence, and Durable Skills over time. Are EQ Guides personalized? Yes. You choose the audience, focus, and optional direction for the Guide. Personalization does not require a private story, identifying details, or a complete explanation of a situation. How does billing work? The price, billing schedule, and renewal details for each subscription are shown before checkout. Review those details before completing your purchase. Does my subscription renew automatically? If the plan is recurring, it will renew according to the billing schedule shown at checkout until it is canceled. Can I use a discount code? When a promotion is available, enter the code in the promo-code field during checkout. Confirm that the discount appears before completing your purchase. Can discount codes be combined? Discount eligibility and limitations depend on the specific promotion. Checkout will show whether the code applies to your selected subscription. How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Your paid access will follow the cancellation timing shown in your subscription settings. After paid access ends, your account will return to the available free-access limits. Can I change plans later? Yes. You can review the available subscription options and choose the access level that better fits how you use Emotional Theater. Is payment information stored by Emotional Theater? Payments are processed through the secure checkout provider connected to Emotional Theater. Emotional Theater does not directly display or manage your complete payment-card details. Which plan should I choose?
