Teens can keep up to 3 saved reflections, and mentors can keep up to 15 Some features may have limits unless you are on a paid plan If you break the rules or try to misuse the site, your access may be paused or removed The full Terms below explain the details

Welcome to Emotional Theater. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, AI Mentor tools, micro-lessons, reflections, subscriptions, mentor resources, and related services.

By using Emotional Theater, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who May Use Emotional Theater
Emotional Theater is intended for users ages 13 and older.
Teen+ users must be at least 13 years old. Adult mentors may use Emotional Theater to support learners through educational micro-lessons, reflections, and guided learning experiences.
You may not use Emotional Theater if you are under 13.
By creating an account or using the website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Emotional Theater is an educational platform for AI-guided emotions, EQ, and Durable Skills micro-lessons.
Our tools are designed to support emotional intelligence, emotional expression, self-awareness, communication, metacognition, leadership, reflection, and work readiness.
Emotional Theater does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis support, or emergency services.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact a trusted adult, call or text 988 if you are in the United States, or dial 911.
3. Accounts and Profiles
Some parts of Emotional Theater require a Wix member account.
You are responsible for keeping your login information safe. You agree not to use someone else’s account, share false information, or pretend to be someone else.
You may be asked to provide profile information such as your role, grade, date of birth, or mentor details so the website can provide the correct experience.
4. Teen+ Users
Teen+ users may use Emotional Theater to create AI Mentor micro-lessons, complete reflections, save learning moments, track progress, and build skills over time.
Teen+ users are responsible for using the website honestly, respectfully, and safely.
5. Mentor Users
Mentor users may use Emotional Theater to create educational micro-lessons, support learners, save reflections, and build guided learning experiences.
Mentors are responsible for using Emotional Theater in a safe, appropriate, and educational way. Emotional Theater does not replace a mentor’s judgment, supervision, professional responsibilities, or duty of care.
6. AI Mentor and Reflection Content
The AI Mentor and reflection tools may generate educational content based on the focus, grade, role, and optional personalization you provide.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, imperfect, or not appropriate for every situation. You should use your own judgment before relying on or sharing any output.
You are responsible for the text, questions, personalization, reflections, and other content you submit.
7. Safety Pauses
Emotional Theater may pause an AI Mentor session or reflection if certain safety-related words or phrases are detected.
A safety pause is not a diagnosis, therapy, counseling, monitoring service, or emergency response. It is a protective educational feature that encourages the user to seek real human support when needed.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Emotional Theater to:
- Harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or harm others
- Submit violent, abusive, hateful, sexual, illegal, or unsafe content
- Encourage self-harm, harm to others, or dangerous behavior
- Try to bypass safety features
- Copy, scrape, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent your identity, age, role, or authority
- Upload content you do not have permission to use
We may suspend, limit, or remove access if we believe the website is being misused.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Emotional Theater may offer free and paid plans.
Paid plans may provide access to additional AI Mentor sessions, mentor tools, reflection features, lesson history, or learning resources.
Payments and subscriptions may be processed through Wix or another payment provider. Subscription details, prices, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or on the subscription page.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want your subscription to renew.
10. Intellectual Property
The Emotional Theater name, website, curriculum, micro-lesson structures, graphics, characters, text, tools, prompts, learning frameworks, and original content belong to Emotional Theater or its licensors.
You may use Emotional Theater for personal, educational, or approved mentor use.
You may not copy, sell, publish, redistribute, reproduce, modify, or commercially use Emotional Theater content without written permission.
11. User Content
You keep ownership of the personal reflections, questions, personalization notes, feedback, and other text you submit.
By submitting content, you give Emotional Theater permission to use that content as needed to provide the website features, generate AI Mentor responses, store your sessions, maintain safety features, improve functionality, operate the service, and comply with legal obligations.
12. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, screenshots, ideas, or comments, you give Emotional Theater permission to use that feedback to improve the website, product, content, and user experience without payment or obligation to you.
13. Privacy
Your use of Emotional Theater is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services
Emotional Theater may use third-party services such as Wix, payment processors, AI service providers, analytics tools, email tools, and partner resources.
