Teens can keep up to 3 saved reflections, and mentors can keep up to 15 Some features may have limits unless you are on a paid plan If you break the rules or try to misuse the site, your access may be paused or removed The full Terms below explain the details

Welcome to Emotional Theater. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, tools, lessons, AI coaching features, reflection pages, mentor resources, and related services.

1. Who Can Use Emotional Theater
Emotional Theater is for teens ages 13 and older and adult mentors. Some mentor users may also be 13 or older if they are using the website in an approved learning, leadership, or peer-support role.
You may not use Emotional Theater if you are under 13.
By creating an account or using the website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Emotional Theater is an educational emotional intelligence tool. It is designed to support reflection, emotional awareness, durable skills, creativity, and learning.
Emotional Theater is not therapy, medical care, crisis counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency support.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact a trusted adult, call emergency services, or call or text 988 if you are in the United States.
3. Accounts
Some parts of the website require a Wix member account. You are responsible for keeping your login information safe.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account or profile, including your age, role, grade, and other profile details.
You may not use someone else’s account or pretend to be someone else.
4. Teen Users
Teen users may use Emotional Theater to create AI coaching sessions, complete reflections, track progress, and build emotional intelligence skills.
Teen users should use Emotional Theater with honesty and care. If a teen shares content that suggests serious safety concerns, the website may pause the session and show a support message.
5. Mentor Users
Mentor users may use Emotional Theater to create lesson ideas, support learning, and explore emotional intelligence activities.
Mentors are responsible for using Emotional Theater in a safe, appropriate, educational way.
6. AI Coach And Reflection Content
The AI Coach and reflection tools may generate educational content based on the information you provide.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, imperfect, or not appropriate for every situation. You should use your own judgment and seek help from a trusted adult or qualified professional when needed.
You are responsible for the text you submit into the website.
7. Safety Pauses
Emotional Theater may pause an AI coaching session or reflection if certain safety-related words or phrases are detected.
A safety pause is not a diagnosis or emergency response. It is a protective educational feature that encourages the user to seek real human support.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Emotional Theater to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Submit violent, abusive, hateful, or illegal content
- Try to bypass safety features
- Copy, scrape, attack, or interfere with the website
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or role
We may suspend or remove access if we believe the website is being misused.
