Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Emotional Theater is committed to making its website, AI Mentor, EQ Guides, and digital learning experiences accessible to as many people as possible.
We recognize that people access information in different ways and may use assistive technologies, alternative input methods, enlarged text, captions, keyboard navigation, or other accommodations.
Our Accessibility Goal
We aim to design and maintain Emotional Theater so people can:
Navigate the website using a keyboard
Understand page structure and headings
Read content with sufficient color contrast
Enlarge text without losing essential information
Use screen readers and other assistive technologies
Understand links, buttons, forms, and error messages
Access meaningful alternatives for important visual content
Complete essential tasks without relying only on color, sound, or motion
Pause or reduce unnecessary animation where possible
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time feature.
Our Design Approach
As Emotional Theater develops, we aim to include accessibility in the design, writing, development, and review process.
Our efforts may include:
Clear headings and logical reading order
Plain-language instructions
Descriptive labels for form fields and controls
Visible keyboard focus indicators
Alternative text for meaningful images
Captions or transcripts for important audio and video
Consistent navigation
Clear validation and error messages
Responsive layouts for different screen sizes
Reduced-motion considerations
Avoiding flashing or rapidly changing content
Reviewing color contrast and text readability
AI-Generated EQ Guides
EQ Guides are generated from a user’s selected focus and optional personalization.
We aim to present Guides with:
Clear content hierarchy
Readable typography
Descriptive section headings
Sufficient spacing
Consistent formatting
Language appropriate to the selected audience
Content that can be understood without relying only on visual styling
Because AI-generated content can vary, accessibility issues may occasionally occur. We welcome reports when a Guide is difficult to read, navigate, understand, or use with assistive technology.
Images and Visual Content
We aim to provide alternative text or other meaningful context for images that communicate essential information.
Decorative images may be excluded from assistive-technology navigation when they do not add meaningful content.
Text should not be placed inside an image when that text is necessary to understand or use the page, unless an accessible alternative is also provided.
Animation, Audio, and Video
Where animation is used, we aim to avoid effects that are distracting, disorienting, or likely to interfere with access.
When important information is provided through audio or video, we aim to provide captions, transcripts, or another accessible alternative where appropriate.
No essential task should depend only on hearing audio or seeing motion.
Third-Party Services
Emotional Theater may use third-party platforms, payment systems, membership tools, artificial-intelligence providers, embedded media, or other services.
We do not control every accessibility feature of third-party technology, but we consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services. We encourage users to report barriers involving third-party features so we can investigate available solutions.
Current Limitations
Some areas may not yet provide an equally accessible experience for every user or assistive technology.
Possible limitations may include:
Older pages or documents
Third-party integrations
AI-generated formatting
Images that need improved descriptions
Embedded media
Downloadable documents
Features still being tested during the MVP stage
We are working to identify and improve barriers as the platform develops.
Requesting Assistance
If you cannot access information, complete a form, build a Guide, manage your account, or use another part of Emotional Theater, please contact us through our website contact form.
Please include:
The page or feature you were using
A brief description of the barrier
The device and browser you were using, if known
The assistive technology involved, if you choose to share it
The format or accommodation that would help
Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal, medical, or sensitive information.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to investigate the reported barrier.
Feedback
Accessibility improves through continued testing and community feedback.
We welcome suggestions from people with disabilities, families, educators, mentors, employees, accessibility professionals, and assistive-technology users.
Ongoing Review
We intend to review accessibility as Emotional Theater adds new content, features, Guide formats, and third-party services.
This statement does not claim that every page or feature has been independently certified. It describes our current commitment and approach.
